Shipping Policy

Guiding Style ships every order from within the United States, and we currently serve United States Only exclusively. All orders qualify for Free Shipping — there is no minimum purchase required and no hidden handling fee added at checkout.

Processing time

Belts, buckles, wallets, and care kits are made-to-stock items, so most orders leave our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days of being placed. During peak periods (holiday weeks, major sales) processing may extend to 3 business days.

Transit time

Standard ground transit within the continental United States typically takes 4–7 business days after processing. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories should allow an additional 3–5 business days.

Heavier and multi-item orders

Leather goods and metal hardware (buckles, ratchet mechanisms, hole punches) are boxed with reinforced corners to prevent bending or scuffing in transit. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages from the same warehouse and will arrive within the same general window.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility. If tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of receiving that email, contact us at info@guidingstyle.shop.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they've been handed to the carrier, and re-shipment to a corrected address may incur an additional shipping charge.
