Return & Refund Policy

We want your belt or accessory to fit right and hold up to daily wear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method.

What can't be returned

• Belts that have been cut, punched with new holes, or altered from their original length
• Engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized buckles
• Leather care products (balms, conditioners) once opened or used
• Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, hardware failure, or shipping damage, email info@guidingstyle.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund — your choice — once it's received.

How to start a return

Email info@guidingstyle.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Since checkout is tax-free, refunds reflect the full amount paid.
